MSI GEFORCE GTX 1050 TI 4GT LP & GTX 1050 2GT LP SPOTTED

MSI today releases two low profile graphics cards for the GTX 10 series dubbed as the GEFORCE GTX 1050 TI 4GT LP and GTX 1050 2GT LP. These cards features dimensions of 182 x 69 x 35 mm, and doesn’t even require any external power source other than the PCI-E slot. Truly suitable for low profile HTPCs. These are 2 different SKUs, with 2 different GP107 GPUs inside, with the GTX 1050 Ti being the obviously faster card.

Now the MSI GEFORCE GTX 1050 TI 4GT LP touts a 1392 MHz / 1290 MHz core clock settings with 4GB of GDDR5 VRAM. The non-Ti GTX 1050 on the other hand features a 1455 MHz / 1354 MHz core clock speed, with a 2GB of VRAM. Both cards features a DisplayPort 1.4, HDMI Version 2.0, and a DL-DVI-D display output ports. The low profile GTX 10 series cards should come with a low profile bracket, although they are flagged as optional accessories from MSI’s website.

Low profile graphics cards have made a comeback this time of the year thanks to the release of the efficient, and capable GP107 GPUs.
